Terms and Conditions.
-Products
1. Our products are high performance items designed for race cars and high performance road/track day cars. As such they are manufactured in such a way to provide the function of a normal item, but being as light in weight as possible. Due to this and the delicate nature of carbon fibre, we ask that all customers treat their items with a deal of care, ie not slamming bonnets etc, as we will not accept returns for items that have been abused.
2. If there is a obvious disfigurement or manufacturing fault in one of our products that we have not discussed and agreed upon before despatch we will not hesitate to accept a return for a replacement. We have not yet come across a situation where this is necessary and intend to maintain this.
3. Our products do not come with instructions or fitting kits unless agreed with the customer. The majority of our parts are designed to replace standard fitment items and thus use the fastenings as supplied with these items.
-Payment
1. We require all payments excepting those for special case large orders/ projects to be paid 100% up front.
2. For those orders that meet our criteria for partial payment our standard agreement is 60% up front, 40% on completion. This is in order to cover materials and costs for the duration of the build, though rate is to be agreed on a case by case basis.
