Nesto Garcia's Porsche 965 Turbo 2 Replica Restoration

Since the last update work has come on well on Nesto's Porsche. The interior trim has been for the greater part installed, all that remains are the front mats. The dash has been completed and installed as have the seats, dash and door electrics.
The heater pipes which flow air from the engine through to the passenger compartment have also been plumbed in. In addition the gear linkage has been tightened up by installation of springs and tightening bushes. Terry has also just completed installing mesh in the engine lid holes to prevent in ingress of any debris.
We have also just lowered the brake pedal at Nesto's request, he had a problem with catching the pedal as he felt it was too high so we modified it to solve this problem and flush it with the throttle whilst maintaining the original throw

The electrics on Nesto's car have now been completed and it has returned to us. We will be carrying out a Boxster rear brake conversion, suspension alignment, Interior trim finishing and repositioning handbrake and gear levers.

Nesto Garcia has come to us to finish off the restoration of his 965 Turbo 2 Replica. We will be installing wiring and electrics on the car, putting in the sunroof and interior and Colin Davids will be carrying out a suspension setup on the car. This will be carried out in the upcoming weeks as we are busy with many projects at the minute.
