Mal Davison/ Noble M12 GT-R

Mal Came to us with 2 Noble Nose shells and a rear wing and asked for a repair on one, some aerodynamic devices for the other and a new pair of extended endplates for the wing, all in carbon excepting the repair. Here is a log:

How the Nose shells arrived and adding a fibreglass base to tie the shell back together

                             
Nose shell for canards, line, basic template compared to the CAD model produced, rear wing for Endplates.

         
Temporary canards, Wing fitted with endplates, Repaired Nosecone and both noses loaded into truck.

The canards used were prototype models rushed out for testing the car, we are still to produce final products with full carbon faces, which will be ready in time for the first race at Anglesey.
